You're trying to pin down what happened with a so-called "whistleblower" but the entirety of what he was blowing the whistle on, with only second hand accounts, has already been released in full to the public.

I've been saying the same thing. Spreading a rumor doesn't make you a whistleblower. If it does, then we'd be having these hearings every day of the year.

The president is the chief law enforcement officer and was concerned that this cloud would hang of sleepy joe through the election so he wanted the Ukrainians to investigate it so they can put it to bed.
