Don't get me wrong. I think it is DEFINITELY the right move for straight up falsifying numbers, but let's be real. This is a rarity.

My guess is there is something big looming on the horizon that they need a distraction from. Cuomo was chosen as the fall guy and will be easily replaced with another leftist goon.

To give off the illusion that they're holding themselves accountable. But in reality it's just for show. Cuomo will not even be given a slap on the wrist.
