Again I ask, who would have been in a position to report the Ohio doctor? The 10 year old? Her parents, who were obviously seeking the abortion if they were willing to drive her to a different state to obtain it? Maybe a nurse working with the doctor who decided the doctor was wrong about the gestational age? How would “the religious nuts” have even found out about this girl?

No one cares. Don't vote then. People have been fighting abortion for decades. Just because it inconveniences you doesn't mean they are going stop doing something that far pre-dated Trump.
The days of "big tent" politics are over. Either you side with economic death, child transition surgeries, and heavy taxes or you don't. Simple as that.
