This is incredibly scary and reminiscent of the tobacco litigation

I think they have enough "scientists" to survive a summary judgment and you are left with a California jury.

The mentally unstable CA groomers will be suing livestock/cattle ranchers claiming cow farts are contributing to climate change and the ranchers have known this for decades.

Would be great if this is thrown out 9n day one because they forgot to say "man-made climate change" because the oil companies just say..."how can we be blamed for something that has been happening for millions of years on the plant?". Words have meaning people...so it's great to throw it in the Dems face that they have to pay attention to that.

Bear in mind a jury hit Monsanto for billions for Roundup, even though EPA determined it was NOT carcinogenic (judge would NOT allow that report to be introduced or shown to the jury).

As much as the J6 trial in DC is a foregone conclusion, so too is this one in Cali.

As I said before, these companies should counterclaim for every penny of taxes, every permitting fee, every cent spent on site remediation, every dollar of payroll, etc.

Anyone living in and raising children in that communist state of California is out of their ever loving fricking minds!
