I feel so much safer. Thank you Donny for ending the drug trade by knocking off some small boats.

Whew.

Damn RTS, your case of TDS is much worse than I realized. Thoughts and prayers.

Most people should be a little uncomfortable with a US president unilaterally deciding to take out reported drug boats with deadly force.

If Obama were president, 90% of the posters here would be against it.

I guess I missed the memo when drug runners were re-branded as terrorists.

Every video they have shown has also provided what organizations and point of departure. You have to look for it though.

This is what the war on drugs should have looked like in the 80s.

Not too worried as intelligence, satellite, military, and boots on the ground are all over this. The administration knows they cannot have mishaps here.

Well he killed innocent Americans doing something similar and yeah 90% were pissed. Your point?

am astonished that they keep sending boats out, knowing their fate.

I can only assume we don’t catch all of them. The gulf is a big place. That particular boat didn’t even look loaded

For all we know the cartels are putting guys they were going to kill anyways on these boats as decoys and telling them if they make it across they can live. Don’t underestimate how slick the cartels are

You have far more faith in the deep state and government than I.

Nah, more likely held hostage and tortured. The cartels skip past the threatening part.

The executive order Chicken posted is pretty interesting. This admin. had it ready on day one. It's a very slick way to potentially carry out geostrategic goals by using the terrorist threat (just replace Al Qaeda or ISIS with cartels).

Same - but I am also not opposed to Venezuelan drug boats IDed and taken out. That is a start. Why would anyone other than someone with TDS oppose this? Why? Other than being ate the frick up with TDS?

Have the Coast Guard interdict the boat. Arrest the people. Charge them with a crime and try them. It’s not hard.

AND get more information that leads to more prosecutions.

It's not an interdiction. It's a summary execution. Just intercept the boat when it hits U.S. waters, like a civilized country would.

Dude, countries, if they are indeed civilized, prevent drugs from ever entering their waters. I swear there should be an IQ test required before someone is given the privilege to vote.
