Buffett and Bezos selling are not linked.

Many years ago in an MBA program finance class, a predictor of future market movements were based on management actions on their holdings. This is big. Something’s not good coming.

Why do banks keep financing mortgages that people cannot afford?
well, the secondary mortgage market is alive and well. Most loans get sold off by the banks that originate them. That was part of the problem in 2008. Not sure how much it is contributing to the bubble now.

FTR, changes in escrow due to taxes skyrocketing and insurance spiking help throw people who were borderline not default.
This is especially true with commercial. Owning rental properties is brutal when you're faced with raising the rent on single moms because property insurance went up 40%.

Two of the graphs and X posts you posted are from July and August of this year according to the dates on them. Perhaps he was referring to those.
So, why did you post such stale information?

He did. I know that's getting into the esoteric realm and not looking at the data, but that entered my mind while reading this thread as well

These are my thoughts noodle brain. Did you not read my post about the women driving around a Lexus for a year without making a payment. Why are you mad my thoughts are backed by actual evidence?
We all can't be like you Owl and type a half page of gibberish that people stop reading after a couple of sentences

Your thoughts aren't someone else's tweet that just came across your feed

The entire Buffett strategy is buying good assets and holding. So this isn’t that wild of an assessment
The senators are much better for predicting swings. Watch them instead of professional investors

But that's just like you to be a follower of what other people think when you try to sound smart by repeating it
No one has corrected me on my interpretation of the Constitution or history and I predicted the election results better than most
And trust me quite a few of the downvotes are people who are friends of mine that just like fricking with me
In fact all the downvotes I get on this post will be just buddies of mine that like screwing with me

Sadly I believe you are right we are due for an economic reckoning as we are sitting on a house of cards and I think the powers that be will collapse this shite with the quickness vs giving up all power: he intends to remake the Fed closer to the founder intentions and I believe it needs to be done but there will be economic pain. One reason I am maybe 10-20% invested. I own land and can survive but will the masses?
