I hate people who analyze memes, but Imma do it on this one.
What a great analogy with the fly and the bee. Bees work with one another to harvest natural resources and to create more resources. They all have a job and get it done without apparent resistance. Their work has a positive impact and they bring balance to the world around them.
The fly on the other hand just buzzes about, annoying everyone in their path. They don't create anything, rather they help themselves to whatever they can find. Flies ruin pretty much everything they come into contact with by shitting all over it.
