They actually make special cutting boards for biltong. Some look like a hinged meat cleaver on a cutting board or a paper cutter.

I lived in SA for around 3 years, they use a cut of meat they call silverside for making biltong. The springbok & kudo is pretty good. The taste is alright with certain seasonings, but more bland than beef jerky.

How can you say the armory inventory is low when that information is extremely classified?

In other words, they don't know shite and are regurgitating the same nonsense they tried a few weeks ago. All because some commander made the comment that the "ship inventories" were low. Which usually happens after a sustained bombardment for several weeks. When the ship's magazine gets low to a certain point, the ship has to pull back and resupply.

I'm willing to bet that we have enough munitions on hand to fight a years long campaign against one of the super powers.

The media knows nothing more than you and I when it comes to weapon supplies. That's something that is a closely guard secret that few know the true numbers.

I have a 350 Legend rifle. The best deer round that I have found is the soft point Remington. Looking at the ballistics it was one of the better performing rounds.
