Sex and gender are different things.
She's suing over allegations of claims.about her sex, which is a biological trait.
Gender is a sociological concept so it's much more loosely goosey and malleable, and the Left has tried to turn it into sex. That's where all of this conflict comes from. If we just kept legal distinctions and the common usage based on the sexual characteristics and traits, it would solve close to 100% of the issues. Women in sports? You must be a biological woman AKA your sexist female. Whatever gender you want to claim you are has no impact. Same for bathrooms, jails, or any other sex base segregation tool we use in society.
