It's a new age. Infomation is no longer found just on CBS nightly broadcast. At some point, the govt is going to have identify how this applies to America. Other countries are using social media to completely suppress thought. In america, the companies them selves are choosing which content to curate. This is a tricky one for us Small govt conservatives because I shouldn't be banned for disagreeing with a libral or expressing my view and unfortunatly that's the world us small govt conservatives live in on social media. We want something done and govt is the one place that if they can find the right solution to the once sided system we would support it. Clearly we don't want a govt take over. BUt they shouldn't be curating content and suppressing thought that isn't hateful or offensive. It's disgusting that liberals want this. Do your shitty ideas sound so bad you need to suppress the other side?

MySpace never came close to what facebook and twitter is now.
I remember making accounts in the 2000s from several facebook-like social platforms and MySpace wasn't even one of them. Only crossed my mind a few times, and then facebook blew up and killed everything else.
