If Lloyds won’t even do this then the risk reward balance is off for them.
I suspect that the far leftist judge knew this and of course meant to put the screws to Donald.
I hope the appeal can alleviate this ridiculous penalty.
Half a billion about fudging real estate numbers is completely stupid. Every RE developer does it to some degree.
This is a political financial assassination. It’s disgusting.

No he can't dumbass there are steps to go through first. Also, this is in state court so it would go to the NY State supreme court first.
