Not a billionaire. Never was.

That's what the tax returns thing is about is about. He's not committing tax fraud every year. He's just not worth what he says he is and he's too much of a toddler to allow people to know that and move past it.

Please show me where on a tax return you can determine this.

Do you mean his approximate net worth? With say 5-10 years of tax returns?

If they seize any properties and trump wins the appeal NY will have a YUUGE damage suit again then for wrongful seizure

It wouldn't be "wrongful" because the State of New York has a judgment against him.

The State would have to return his money to him, but there would be no damages on top of that. If Trump wants to protect his properties, then he needs to post the bond.

Honestly this would be a fascinating psychological test for most of the American public. Like "I feel poor, this is how rich poor I am/my family is in a number I can compare directly to my neighbor".

I think the sheer amount of people who are negative would come as a huge surprise to them.

Wrong. If they seize cash (which he doesn’t have enough) the will owe it back plus damages and at least interest. If they seize assets they are liable for damages. If he wins the appeal. I’d like to see the state seize Trump’s assets in any state but NY NJ. If sorry we forgot to serve the writ etc etc

Maybe this is all another genius part of the master plan by billionaire trump.

I mean, what is $464m worth of real estate to a billionaire? He makes them seize it, huge backlash in the public even the liberal media wonders if it's gone too far. Landslide election win. Wednesday Nov 6 he opens his victory press conference by announcing the storm is upon us just as was foretold.

No.

It only means he cannot suspend the judgment pending the appeal.

This.

Most likely, the corporation will file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy to halt collection efforts until appeal is decided.

Love the play. Election is basically 50/50. Trump is late 70s, not like he's gonna be using that portfolio much longer anyway, might as well take a shot.

Also looking forward to the excuses made on Trump's behalf since this proves he's not a billionaire.

You are showing your ignorance there. I am involved in a deal that requires about an $11 million payment next month from a foreign tycoon with a net worth (just a guess) of about $3 billion. He is struggling to come up with the $11 million. All of his wealth is in closely held businesses. His problem is that all of his businesses are doing very well right now and are growing, thus consuming cash. Counterintuitive, but true.

He has ignored it. Nothing he has said in this thread has been correct or even made any sense. He needs to carry his little retarded arse to the corner store, buy a fanta and shut the frick up.
