MI was already on the map for Kamala indicated by a map posted by gumbo pot.

WI is certainly within striking distance for a campaign.

They didn’t go with shapiro because it would make MI more difficult.

They think they have better odds converting PA and defending MI/WI than picking Shapiro for PA and then having to go on the offensive for MI/WI.

Shapiro will definitely go “all in” to help Kamala in PA. It fits what everyone is saying regarding his ambitions. The democrat party will reward him for his effort there.

Picking walz is “having their cake and eating it too”

Do you really think there are people in Michigan and Wisconsin who were on the fence but are now all in with Kamala because this fat slob from Minnesota is now on the ticket?

It's like picking Kay Ivey in hopes it helps in Georgia. This guy is Tim Kaine all over again: a non-factor

There’s a rally scheduled with Kamala in PA today.
The rally was going to be in PA regardless.

It was merely a “central” location to start the campaign.

Definitely one of the safer picks.

Tell me exactly which of their policies you love so much. Higher taxes? Open borders? More regulation? Unaffordable gas and food?

Do you guys enjoy being abused by your Democrat overlords? Is it a bad case of Stockholm syndrome?

t all comes down to getting people to remember what the economy was like under Trump. and reminding them that this is Kamala's economy.

Trump can also hit both of them on their open border and sanctuary city policy.

Economy and The Border are the top 2 issues.

Trump and the GOP also need to hammer home that a vote for the dem ticket is a vote for straight up socialism/communism. The dems aren't even trying to hide it anymore with this ticket.

Walz is a younger Bernie sanders, almost to the T, from a policy stand point.

Have no idea how that will impact turnout for the dems in 2024, but this pick is a signal they’re turning hard left.

Have you seen Trump's Agenda 47? He's not exactly promoting less government/spending.

He needs to focus on the economy and the border.
