I suppose the golden rule for picking a VP…
A VP can never help you, it can only hurt you; therefore, pick someone that can’t hurt you
…led the decision makers to believe that Shapiro could hurt Kamala more than help her.

I wandered over to Dailykos.com to see Dims reaction to Walz. Found this linked video where Walz refers to Trump as a "bastard" who is going to get "his arse kicked" by a black woman. Imagine the outcry if Vance referred to Harris as a "bitch?"

Joining this sinking ship ends that dream. I just can't believe he's stupid to think this would help him.
This is why RDS was never going to be Trump's VP in 2024. Win or lose, it eliminates him for anything in the future.

If Trump gets PA, then I think all he has to hold on to is GA to get to 270. He doesn't need AZ or NV if he get PA & GA. Also, if Trump gets PA he can lose GA if he lands AZ and NV. Gaining PA definitely opens up more paths for Trump.
