I think that the Admin should continue to do the right thing and shove something at the courts to play with while they’re doing it.
The judges can run around with their balls of yarn and the internet lawyers can look at each others’ navels.
And we can continue to smirk at your care for the “rule of law” when it’s really just an internet game you’re playing.

No the rule of law is important.
It separates us from the highly unethical (and scary) system of the ends justifying the means/might is right that you're proposing we adopt instead.
Limiting government has been my primary focus, politically since 2005.

So SCOTUS decided to interfere with the US Fifth Circuit’s handling of this ridiculous class action on a Saturday morning over Easter Weekend. Unbelievable.
Meanwhile, this same SCOTUS was fine with allowing the theft of the 2020 election, vaccine mandates in the military, and the sentencing of the President Elect on trumped up charges.
Make it make sense.
To them it makes sense. They have won.

Naw. I have actual ethics. Not pretend ones.

The good news is that the lovely terrorists Biden allowed into our Nation will remain locked in cages as opposed to terrorizing our cities while this latest chapter of leftwing lawfare plays out.
I hope you're right. I haven't seen any details about ANY of the terrorists. Do any of them have outstanding warrants for violent crime?

quote:no, it's true. It is very important to our Fed district courts.
Not to our federal courts.
BUT, only when they get to pick and choose which laws to make important. It is NOT universal.

No the rule of law is important.
It is, except for when activist judges seize power from the executive. Right.
Again, that is what you are arguing.

No, that's what you've chosen. You want every illegal alien to go before a court before being deported. That is not feasible. Our country will not survive what you want.
But that is what the Constitution and Congress have said the process entails.

Why was Biden allowed to completely ignore the Constitution and Congress when he opened the borders? Is actively defying laws constitutionally created by congress not doing that?

Oh well. I guess we'll just have to watch our country die then. Voting is pointless.

Trump has followed those things.

The only constitutionalists on the Court are Thomas and Alito. The rest are a joke.
It’s become clear the federal judiciary deserves no respect from the citizens. These judges are just political hacks and petty tyrants. They are spineless. They have earned our contempt.

Garcia had legally been granted withholding of removal in 2019 by a United States immigration court.

Keep this same energy when President AOC violates a court order to implement some climate change nonsense because “our country will die without it” and Kentanji Jackson upholds it “because it’s for the good of the country”.

The answer was impeachment. You know that.

The executive branch, not the judicial, can by act of congress choose to use what is called expedited removal under certain circumstances in which no hearing is required and only an affadavit is required by the removing authority (SoS, DHS, ICE, etc.) that any of the conditions have been met.
Those circumstances are: undocumented (LOL), crossed at a non-entry point, have been deported before and returned, have received notice of deportation, failure to appear at any hearing (including administrative immigration courts), and committed any crime.
It does NOT include: asylum seekers who sought it legally and birthright citizenship (anchor baby) claimants.
