No, because had a dem president done this exact same thing, no judge would have intervened and the people would be thrilled because we all want these motherfrickers gone. Obama deported everyone and I can’t recall a single court challenge- and if the right were hypocrites, they certainly could have come up with something.

Next question.

I give the poliboard credit for one thing. A number of you guys have basically admitted, Dems are going to do whatever they want when they are in power, so Trump has to floor it and break eggs to make as many omelets as possible right now. I respect that. But, like boosie and SFP have been saying, you can't get mad when flags are thrown while he pushes the legal envelope.

A lot of people here keep whining about how a single district judge can stop a president. Well, look at this.

Ok? They've been doing this shite for 30 years already. Where have you been?

You want to fight with one hand tied behind your back while your opponent has a gun, be my guest.

But let me be crystal clear…. The only thing political about this story is the lawfare. It sure AF isn’t the deportations.

Well, one guy is breaking out statutes that haven't been used in 100 years.

Yes but Bunk Moreland is very concerned that it’s the RIGHT opening a can of worms.

Not sure how this would affect the legitimacy of a statute. Explain.

So? Write your congressman if you don’t want laws to be used.

Have we had a government sponsored invasion of 8MM foreign nationals over 4 years in the last 100 years? Have we had hostile foreign countries emptying their jails and sending their gangbangers here in the last 100 years?

Disingenuous nonsense. Citizens and illegal aliens are not the same, and never will be.

I see you’re still allergic to reading Supreme Court opinions on the topic.

Really, do you not see the danger in setting aside the only constitutional constriants that prohibit the executive to implement policy at will?

I do see it, but the other option is to give up and die. What is the other choice?

No it's not.

False choice fallacy.

If only there were numerous examples of this exact false choice fallacy being used for NPCs as yourself willing to believe it.

The Supreme Court has clearly established that foreign nationals and citizens are not the same. As does the Constitution and immigration law.

What is? That citizens and foreign nationals are the same under U.S. law? I am certain that is not there.

I disagree, but perhaps you cons convince me of another option. This is all about defeating liberal evil, and the constitution, of all things, is apparently preventing that from occurring.
