I was using your language to reference the Congressional statute.

No you weren't. You were being a dick trying to play a game of words to make it seem like you are right. You are not.

The President cannot deport anyone without Congress permitting him the authority via statute.

The President of the USA does not need to go to congress to ask permission to ENFORCE the CONSTITUTION or POWER GIVEN TO HIM!

But remember... he's against activist judges...

Yeah his hypocritical arguments and self-owns are rapid in this thread.

He argues for lawlessness, then accuses people who don't agree with his lawlessness as arguing for lawlessness.

He claims activist judges are acting illegally, and then wishes the Supreme Court would be an activist judge and illegally act at the wrong time of litigation.

The Supreme Court doesn't get to just declare something. There is a process to get in front of the Supreme Court for a ruling.

They had multiple opportunities to enjoin the mandate, and instead allowed irreparable harm to move forward.

You haven’t linked the Supreme Court decision. That’s wrong.

I don't give a fook what you are NOW talking about in an attempt to change the conversation.

I'm not. I'm giving an example of the President violating both his statutory authority AND Constitutional limits as an example directly relevant for the conversation.

It's not. A US CITIZEN is not an illegal Alien. Never has been.

No, but he can only act within the powers given to him by Congress.

There is no Constitutional right of a President to deport people. The action is only legal done pursuant to a lawful statute of Congress, which specifically limits the President's behaviors

Nope. They were given ample opportunity to act, in the appropriate time frame.

When was the vaccine mandate under OSHA illegally enforced after the ruling?
Better questions (and relevent to the OP) was the vaccine mandate given injunctive relief before the final ruling? I bet they would have been pizzed if it did! Damn activist judges!

You're making a huge assumption.

It has everything to do with this conversation. An ILLEGAL person murdered a US CITIZEN.

Lesser courts filled with activist judges are seizing power to keep those people here.

In fact, they are doing it against CONGRESSIONAL LAW! The Laken Riley Act.

And why would deporting a citizen be illegal, exactly?

This is the 3rd time you've been given an opportunity to answer this simple question (a question I already answered for you, so it's open book)

It should have been, but it was not.

How wild is it that our Supreme Court will issue an injunction to protect illegal aliens but not legal citizens?

Disingenuous hack. I haven't pivoted on one single thing, as opposed to you who continues to bring up a bunch of irrelevant nonsense.
