I think Carter was just not up to the task - I do believe he had good intentions but was a poor planner and had a flawed idea of what the best actions were. Certainly we are still paying for his betrayal of the Iran Emperor.

Both Bush's were influenced too greatly by the MIC. But I think they acted in the best interests of the country. Don't think anyone was directing their policy.

Clinton was motivated by poon. the true evil behind the throne was HRC and he was just a very skilled pitch man.

Obama was a the first Manchurian Candidate - his mission was to 'fundamentally change America' - and he was a skilled enough actor to pull it off. This was the first demostrtation of the absolute power the coalition of FedGov, National Media, 'higer' education, and sports/entertainment could wield over the national 'thought process'

Trump was an anomaly - Not owned by anyone, and brass enough to not give a shite what his enemies said about him. A breath of fresh air for sure - even though it sometime stunk up the room temporarily.

Biden is a sock puppet being used to implement all the unsavory 'precedents' that future democrat politicians will feast on. They willl gladly trash Biden's reputation while distancing themselves from the actions that they persuaded him to implement.

Obama was pretty much on his own to follow the directions he was given - but they cannot trust Biden to do that - he doesn't have the ability - has to have every word written down on a cue card for him to read -

I used to slightly question this. but not anymore. incompetence could not cause the destruction we've seen in 3 years. it is thought out. and, as we know, that's something Biden is not capable of.
