It's odd now that Trump is championing the amount of tests we've given, the left is smearing him for it.
Were they, or were they not, hung up on testing for months when we were getting testing numbers ramped up?

I don't agree at all. Maybe McIloy missed the part where the media started a false narrative that the rest of the world was testing more than the USA, and used that to blame COVID deaths on Trump; the POTUS has every right to set the record straight and point out the Fake News.
