Been wondering the same. Trump picked him so can only assume (hope) he did some good vetting this time around. Fingers crossed he has learned.
I hope there is a way to get legal costs recouped on all of these witch hunts. maybe a new law can be put in place one day. Anything to help fight the feds overreach.

If this guy has a modicum of ethics or self respect, and sees docs that prove not only that he was duped, but consciously and intentionally duped...might just tilt the thinking

Then having read it is a given.
Them having read stuff which was subject to attorney client privilege, executive privilege, etc, and not having that separated out from the investigators kills any legal case out of this due to fruit of the poisoned tree.
While Schiff et all got to see some of what they wanted, this potentially blows up the whole fricking charade by making it impossible to indict Trump, which appears to be the threat they are trying to hold over him.

An interlocutory ruling can be appealed with the trial court's consent. However, I'm not sure this isn't a final order. Trump hasn't really filed suit against the US. His "complsint" was just a motion asking for a special master and to stop review of the documents until the master was done. The Judge gave Trump what he asked for with slight modifications.
But I'm not an expert on Federal appeals.
I kind of think the DOJ would be better of not appealing. The judge ha ms ordered the SM to review the documents marked CLASSIFIED first and provide a recommendation. Also has allowed the DOJ to continue investigating storage and transfer of the docs, just not the docs themselves.
I think the classified docs should have been excluded from the ruling. There is no dispute over which documents were marked, and even if Trump declassified them, they cannot be considered his property or covered by privilege

I was not aware that Judge Aileen took all documents off of the DOJ. Laura and yes I watched even Hannity last night said so.
