The USSS has released the agent’s name: Bernicia Fife.

However, on the whole, women have a harder time being comfortable and performing at the firing range, though not all by any stretch.

FWIW, I have heard more than one USMC PMI (Primary Marksmanship Instructor) say that women often take instruction better than men and women are more likely than men to better improve their initial range scores after receiving their marksmanship training.

The reason being is many women often have not handled firearms before and thus do not have to unlearn bad habits.

This leads me to suspect that this must have been a really dumb and incompetent USSS recruit.

First, I hope she recovers fully.

Second, at least she only hurt herself and likely washed herself out of the Secret Service with this incident. Good to find out now that she can't do even the simplest of tasks required of an agent.

kinda of a skewed supposition .. That a person with zero starting skills advances farther than one with life skills they brought with them. Its not the distance but rather the end point

During my basic training in the 1980s, the top marksman in my platoon had never fired a rifle before joining the Marine Corps. Certainly this may have been the case of this Marine having possessed a natural though yet undiscovered aptitude for shooting. Yet it also demonstrates that being completely open to coaching can yield results. My DI stressed that point and it always has stuck with me.

Marine recruit almost shot a perfect marksmanship score at boot camp Marine Pfc. Francis J. Flannery never fired a weapon before boot camp. He shot a nearly perfect score on the rifle range.

In the grand scheme it’s better than killing 67 people because you don’t know how to fly a helicopter.

In a sane, non DEI world, this would usually be an end to her career as a SS agent.

In the Biden administration, she’d definitely end up as a supervisor.

Well, in some idiots mind they will rationalize that she did take a bullet while in the line of duty....................

by HeadCallThe idea of female Secret Service agents is preposterous

It is absolutely is and I would love to hear anyone’s argument for it. Besides this dumbass having an ND, name one single thing that women can do equal to or better than a man when it comes to security.

There are 350+ million fricking people in this country. The 99th percentile of those people should be selected to guard the fricking president. That disqualifies all women. They cannot run as fast, are not as tall, are nowhere near as strong, and literally biologically have less coordination than men do. That means if bullets start flying past the President’s head like they did in Butler an agent may take one of those rounds to save his life. If the President is towering over her then that is pnysically not possible.

Another thing is the SS gets nearly zero CQB training. If there is a full on assault at the President with 5+ men, we cannot have a situation with a DEI bitch hiding cowardly behind him like another one was (not the chubby dike moron that couldnt holster her Glock).

I dont understand it. This isn’t an argument. It is insane. It’s just been normalized because DEI has been shoved down our throat for so long.

Can picture that if part of her training was to go through a fake "city" where there are pop ups of good guys & bad guys. She could have easily broken the record for good guys "killed".

I’m conflicted on whether if I should laugh or cry. What a sad state of affairs.

Recognizing the physiological differences between men and women is indeed discriminatory yet it likewise is rooted in biological fact.

It’s not acceptable by any stretch, but do anything long enough/enough times and shite will happen eventually.

Worth a repeat.

And the people who shoot thousands of rounds on a regular basis are typically doing dynamic exercises, not just shooting targets at a range.*

*That's all I do these days (infrequently at that), so I'm not saying that's bad, just that it's doesn't involve the same amount of risk.

Sounds like she wasn't new but a legacy hire.... meaning she was related to someone high on the totem pole at the USSS.
