Breaking. Judge Orders Mueller turn over ORGINAL 302 immediately! added back history

- Today, the Judge wanted the 302.
- Flynn was allowed to leave and to file. Here is that order:
Furthermore, the defendant has established good cause to file the documents, which he received from the government pursuant to a Protective Order, under seal. The Court therefore GRANTS 51 defendant’s motion for leave to file document under seal. It is ORDERED that the defendant is granted leave to file [51-1] his response to the Order of the Court under seal. Signed by Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on 12/17/2018. (lcegs3)

If I read that right the original report has already been produced to the judge and he is now ordering a redacted version be filed into the public record.
