Muller's head hunters will have to show proof of their claims since they did not interview Flynn. What is the "lie"? The lie Mullers goons found, but the agents did not.
There was never a reason to interview Flynn in the first place. If the judge deems the agents had no just cause to interview, then he can throw this out.
1) No just cause for the interview.
2) The agents said Flynn was truthful
3) Mullers goons added a fake header in Feb 2017
4) The goons modified the 302 in Aug 2017 alleging Flynn lied.
Judge needs to throw the book at Muller and his goons. Prosecutors must be held to the highest ethical standards. They should avoid even the appearance of wrong-doing, mishandling a case, and fabricating evidence.

The judge can also throw out the plea if he believes it was made under duress. And it certainly appears that it was.
