Attorney Robert Costello, the former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, spoke to Tucker Carlson on Monday night after he testified to the Manhattan Grand Jury investigating President Donald Trump.

Costello told the FOX News audience that he testified for two hours in front of Alvin Bragg’s Manhattan Grand Jury.

Robert Costello told Tucker Carlson, “I spoke to the jury for two hours… It was clear to me the Manhattan Grand Jury did not want to get to the truth.”

And it now is being reported that New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg was HIDING exculpatory evidence from the Grand Jury!

According to FOX News legal mind Gregg Jarrett, Soros-funded DA Alvin Bragg HID nearly 600 pages of exculpatory evidence to the New York Grand Jury investigating President Trump.

Gregg Jarrett: I mentioned it yesterday, I think, when Bob Costello got into that Grand Jury room and told them, “Wait a minute. You don’t have the hundreds of pages I handed over to Alvin Bragg over here? You only have six cherry-picked documents?” You know, hiding from grand juries exculpatory information is reprehensible and unconscionable. And the conduct of Alvin Bragg and his henchman Mark Pomeranz, who specifically says in his book, “We’re targeting zombies because we don’t like his beliefs,” those guys should face disbarment proceedings.

They really don't care about a conviction. A conviction would be a cherry on top. They care about the process. Fingerprint. Mug shot. Arraignment. Gag order. Media circus. Right to a speedy trial nixed by judicial decisions and process. Etc., etc.

Doesn’t matter….the grand jury was picked to convict Trump regardless of what evidence was presented.

Could that be considered Obstruction of Justice and Malfeasance? Trump should threaten a civil lawsuit via this evidence. Now. He is well known for that.

I think you mean indict. Agreed.

Soviet style show trials have long been a practice by the left.

Uh, you can do this. Grand juries aren't trials.

If y'all want to completely revise how our criminal justice system gets indictments, I'm willing to listen.

It will resemble arguments from Defund the Police groups, though, just FYI.

Correct

Also I do not believe they are required to hand over exculpatory evidence to a grand jury.

To a jury at trial, they do.

They probably don't even want a trial

Its a Grand Jury.

They can do this. Its hard for a prosecutor to NOT get an indictment

Not even close.

The prosecutor literally gets to present whatever case he/she wants.

Close, they care about these things only as a vehicle for them to stage another "Jan 6 style insurrection"

Was coming to echo SFP's theme

I do think this is a clown show prosecution, but GJs are not complete and thorough assessments of all possible arguments and evidence

grand jury does not vote on whether to convict.
its a lower bar than even probable cause to get an indictment from the grand jury in this one. to be clear: they don't decide guilt. after indictment another usual jury is selected. the jury would hear this supposedly exculpatory evidence from trumps defense.
the 600 pages is not necessarily exculpatory.
trumps witness says so.
it could just be a blizzard of bull Shite.

how was he allowed to testify to the grand jury?

doesn't Bragg control that process totally?? - I'd have thought he'd not want Costello anywhere near it.

If the jackass Dem party is the most transparent and has nothing to hide why do they hide 99.9% of everything they do?

Oh and the Stanford liberal leftist jackass women's BB team is on the couch now...........too bad.

This behavior opens them up to a malicious prosecution claim.

Prosecutors are generally not required to help the defense.

Whatever evidence not favorable to the prosecution can and probably will be brought up at trial.

It's only unfair if the evidence is not ever made available to defense attorneys.

As far as the 600 pages go they are obviously already known to the defense. So it's all legal. If there is other evidence in possession of the prosecutors that has not been disclosed, that's a problem.

That's the way our system works. And, yes, too often prosecutors "inadvertently forget" to disclose evidence.
