In what way? Full on frontal assaults. I doubt it and I'd rather not see border patrol agents dead on the news from having regular fire fights at the wall.
The cartel vs the average citizen won't be good either. They kill for sport while the average person won't have the balls to pull the trigger when it's fight or flight time without training.
