I don't think you understand his point. It's not disgusting to enforce law, but what does a tourist observation deck have to do with enforcement?

Fellow countrymen or Chinese or Nigerian... All human life is worth the same to me (what that worth is, I won't say). No one is more valuable than the other. While I also love to crack a joke at political events, I try to refrain from doing so in events or issues in which people have lost their homes or loved ones.
Seems like immigration and Katrina fall under both of those categories, don't you think? Or do you really believe that cracking jokes at someone just because they're different is justified??
