That's funny. The courts ruled Trump couldn't block who he wanted.

Eh. If I do business with you based on an agreement, and you can prove I violated that agreement...

This is proof that most people who identify as conservative are neither conservative nor liberal, but rather they've chosen a team to side with just like the people they hate.

Horse shite

Leftists have been doing this shite forever. Now conservatives are fighting back.

Oh, we have to let all the shite that has been done to us just slide because to fight back means "we are just like them". frick that shite. That is just more leftist bullshite.

Hit all these mother frickers over and over again.

True, as a moderate conservative I don't like the idea of suing a private company in this manner. It opens up an an of worms and potentally sets a precedent for government intervention in a private company which goes against the core conservative. beliefs.

On the other hand, the major social media platforms basically operate as monopolies and they unquestionably limit and discriminate against conservative viewpoints. I think a more reasonable approach would be to challenge them on the grounds that they are monopolies that by their sheer size, power, and influence essentially prevent competing social media platforms with conservative viewpoints from entering the market. They basically kill off any competition with alternative political viewpoints that try to independently operate and compete with them which is a de facto ban on competition

This is what I’ve thought all along. If Twitter is listening to some complaints of harassment, but are amazingly deaf to them depending on the complaintant, then Twitter made editorial decisions.

They should have thought about that shite before they took sides.

There are unfair trade practices, for example - by promoting different terms of service depending on the political party of the politician and/or leanings of the “speaker.”

This case has legs. Twitter should be nervous.

I agree with the monopoly part, they are. The tech firms are very cognizant if that as well and don’t want to have to defend against it which makes me wonder why they keep tempting it by being so bias. For social media the market is open for anyone to jump in and create a competing platform though, the costs aren’t prohibitive. Zuckerberg wrote his out of his dorm room. Google on the other hand is so dominant and so critical to daily life that I could see the monopoly case being a lot easier to establish and win.

What I don’t think is the answer is regulation but unfortunately that always seems to be big gov's answer to everything. Politicians will say they aren’t playing fair so here comes Congress to save us.
