Glad she found the ability to fight for incompetent hacks who have clawed their way into bureaucratic sinecure but not against pedophiles.

This because the Republicans int the Senate are allowing the Democrats to run the show and slow roll the votes and nomination process.

NJ senators are blocking her. The senate does not move on nominees if the state senators don't sign off.

Why were judges able to remove her?

There is a separation of branches in play here, judges should not be able to remove her.

Explain the attorney in DC, which has no senators to "block" the nomination.

Trump has nominated over 200 people for various positions, the Democrats in the Senate are trying to run out the clock and the spinless establishment Republicans are helping them achieve this.

There are rules that an acting position can only serve 120 days. I believe she would have to wait 120 days before being appointed again.

I’d appoint Gaetz to replace her and explain that if they continue to operate this way the appointees will continue to escalate.

The attorney has 120 days as acting, or in other words the Senate has 120 days to confirm their nomination.

So, this was the Senate's fault?

However this is what is listed

It sounds like judicial is making the decision

Wasn’t Habba removed because she doesn’t even know how courtroom procedure works?

Nope. That had nothing to do with it. It was strictly a 120 period. Why you making things up?

Seems kind of cold to get fired because your the deputy and up next. Is Bondi going to fire the deputy deputy when the judges nominate the third string?

I heard Dime Store Obama Jeffries went to these activist leftist judges and asked them to get rid of Habba because she was pursuing legal action against the dipshit Dim congressman who got in a little tussle with ICE agents or some shite like that

That's exactly what happened and hes got an Ethics complaint for his troubles (not like it matters in the grand scheme, but still).

Glenn Beck was talking today about a blue rule, where senators basically have veto power over these appointments. So blue states have the final say when a rep President appoints and vice versa for dem president. That is insane, a guest told him about it. Glenn had never heard of it.

We did. It’s okay to praise someone when they do something well and be their worst critic when the perform poorly. I do the same with my kids.
