Not sure how they can pin the death on him when he had lethal doses of drugs in his system and was having respiratory issues prior to being subdued.

IF DC is convicted of second degree manslaughter, it will be because the jury is "woke", not because they applied the reasonable doubt standard.
It's a catch 22. If he's convicted, the left will say it's evidence that cops are racist.
If he's not convicted, the left will say it's evidence that society is racist.
