This reparations talk is nonsense. This will never actually get passed. The sole purpose behind politicians spouting this is to get black votes and also to affect the psychological landscape. You tell a certain group of people (pick anything, although we are talking blacks) and tell them they are owed money or property or whatever and they will start to feel entitled. Hence why we see these shopping sprees where people are just walking out of stores without paying, creating havoc in public, etc because they deserve something. This in turn causes the valued them against us mentality. My take anyway.

AA's are 12-13% of the US population. They are 5-6% of California's population, leaving California way underserved on black people. They need to import millions more so they can have appropriate numbers.
