Haven’t seen a white male hired at my company in over a year. No one complains. Black people always get preference 100% of the time, always.
When you’re constantly given preference, equal footing seems like discrimination.

I know for a fact that many companies, including the one I work for, will deliberately hire a less qualified POC over a whitey just because they're that fricking worried about "equality" and social justice.

I’m a hiring manager for Caterpillar, which means I have to attend “hiring best practices” training annually. I can say unequivocally that it is not permitted to ask one’s race on a job application. To do so would be a violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. No company has a place on their employment application to list your race. She’s full of shite.

That is 100 percent bullshite. I know for a fact in professions such as the one I am in they will go out of their way to find non white males. If you are a qualified controller that is a female and black you will get snatched up in a heartbeat no matter contract, DOD, or FAA.

Most applications don’t ask race anymore AFAIK.
If she changed the names of what schools she went to from black ones to white ones, that may have helped her that is also credential fraud.
If I went to Southern and say I went to Harvard, that changes my chances of getting a callback but not because of race.

This whole thing makes me think of Trainspotting where Spud is trying to intentionally bomb his job interview to get unemployment.
One of his ways was saying he went to Royal Edinburgh College instead of a lesser school then when asked why, he said “discrimination” and that he wanted to get his foot in the door. They've done studies that show that people with names like Qua'meeka and Bavarius get hired less. They've also done studies that show the same rate for people named Bayleigh and Bubba. Although not a 1-to-1 correlation, these tend to evoke negative images of younger, uneducated parents, and they don't expect the apple to have fallen very far from the tree.

I'm trying to find a single copy of any resume I've sent out in my lifetime to see whether I ever included my race in any part of it. So far I can't find it.
Could it be that making mention of your race in your resume might be a red flag to potential employers that you're probably an entitled drama queen/shite-stirrer?

I don’t believe this, especially in the corporate world. Several big companies have quotas for minorities and females. If you’re a black female with a good resume you are golden nowadays.

But the benefits one gets of you are black have many people identifying as black..
These benefits apply to the job market just as well as to the college admission process. Hiring a black female checks off two boxes. Now if she is a gay, black and female and a same hard worker, that person could get just about any job they would want.

Every business in the country is under staffed and desperate to hire anyone that will take the job. Yet she is putting out 3 applications a day for 6 months and cant find anything? Yeah……..more bullshite
