I’ve been in some “brainstorming” type groups for government work where I’ve heard black people talk about the good ole days before their neighborhoods were integrated.

I have been to Honduras and the people are nice but the ones I deal with also work in the tourism industry so they are fishing for tips. That being said, on one tour my wife signed us up for the host tried to sell people some scam medicine but I have seen that in other countries as well.
Meh, any third world countries there will be scammers. Your small experience and me living it my whole life is a little different but I can see why you would come to that conclusion.

Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, and Cubans don't like each other a whole lot. But if you read my post they are all not to far away from each other and share a lot of the same culture so you get the who came up with what first and all that stupidity.

Yeah, no doubt. I was almost scammed in Mexico over some fake Cuban cigars, and some dude in Fiji tried to give himself a bigger tip on my credit card once.
Again, I am just telling you what people I personally know, who don't know each other, from the countries I listed, have all said. The conclusion is that they all seem to despise Hondurans
FYI, the Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans all look down on the Vietnamese, and they all look down on the Philippines.
Source, my wife and her friends, so again it's just an observation but it's one that seems widespread.

And here is the problem. They want place that are “black only”. But “white only” or “Asian only” would be racist.

I see no problem with this and hope most blacks agree and put their children together in perfect harmony at an all black school with all black teachers and principals.
