My experience with Colombians, Venezuelans and Mexicans that I know is that they all hate Hondurans so I base it on that. They see Hondurans as scammers and lowlifes
I have been to Honduras and the people are nice but the ones I deal with also work in the tourism industry so they are fishing for tips. That being said, on one tour my wife signed us up for the host tried to sell people some scam medicine but I have seen that in other countries as well.

I think it's a wonderful idea!!! Better yet, I'd be willing to spend some tax dollars to send em back to Africa.
It would save the nation money in the long run, drastic reduction in welfare and EBT cost.
