Why hasn’t powerman answered yet? Is a Russian or Chinese troll from a KGB funded farm? I assume that’s his people’s response to any thing he doesn’t like it is but he’s a strong red blooded American and trumptards are the lowest of the hierarchy of our society

25 % is laudable indeed. But when its gone is not 50% better?
She didn’t give away 25%. Her net worth is still $50M-ish.
She gave away money from her tour proceeds.

She just donated 11.5 million or approximately 25% of her net worth to charity
Why does she need 30 million? 25 more million could feed a lot of veterans. Surely she can survive on 5 millions why does she need so much more? You're just saying she's virtue signalling harder than others but not really using her wealth to its maximum help. She could do more. Easily.

Did she donate it to actual charity or leftist causes masquerading as charity?

Such a wicked thing of her to encourage unfathomably wealthy people to donate their money toward helpful causes to help those in need.
Even less wicked: minding your own fricking business.

Who is she preaching too? Vast majority of the ultra wealthy give heavily to charities, even setting up charitable trusts and endowments so that their contributions go on decades after they've passed away. Vastly more benefit to society that any number of Billie Eilishes. Do you enjoy posting in these threads just to demonstrate your profound lack of honesty and education?

Once they eat all the billionaires they'll come for the millionaires

Maybe they do give away their money and unlike her don't seek attention for it.

Her ongoing Hit Me Hard and Soft tour is projected to generate $300 million in revenue

Anyone who takes their world opinions from celebrities is not bright. Like the Taylor Swift cult.

The main problem in our country is that people don't know how to distinguish between wants and needs.

Billionaires want to keep their billions to keep their power. They do need that money to buy off the right people.

Mark 12:
41 And he sat down opposite the treasury and watched the people putting money into the offering box. Many rich people put in large sums. 42 And a poor widow came and put in two small copper coins, which make a penny.[f] 43 And he called his disciples to him and said to them, “Truly, I say to you, this poor widow has put in more than all those who are contributing to the offering box. 44 For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on.”
What's missing from that are the words, "And all of ye should do the same."
Without that, your general interpretation is kind of suspect.
Everyone can't live like Mother Theresa. Society wouldn't survive. Jesus needed people of means to fund His own ministry. Scholars think that was Mary Magdeline's main role.
In fact, there's no evidence that Jesus Himself lived that way as a tradesman. Only once He started His ministry.
Do we have a problem with materialism in the west and in America especially? Absolutely. No question. I'm right there with you on that.
But IMO that does NOT mean that everyone should give away everything they have. That would be an irresponsible thing to do IMO.

And there it is.
So in reality BE didn’t donate anything, the tour did. And it’s entirely likely they baked that donation into the cost of the tour, making sure that ticket prices offset the expense.
And you could probably assume the contribution was done , at least in part, to make people feel better about the exorbitant ticket price and associated fees.
And I’d bet a crafty accountant has determined that this donation will not cost them anything since this money would have otherwise bern paid out in taxes to the government.
In other words, frick Billie Ellish and frick right in the pussy, every self righteous prog.
