I wouldn’t either.

It is, however, nice to see a politician beholden to the people, and not the money (at least that is what it seems like to me in this case).

Oh, and...link?

Newsweek

Disney donated at least $100,000 to a political action committee (PAC) linked to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis before his ongoing public fight with the entertainment company over the state's controversial "Don't Say Gay" legislation.

And I’m sure Disney has donated that much Or more to Democrat PACs.

These big corporations always donate/buy both sides of the aisle.

Oh that's right, you're used to Dem politicians who go with whomever pays him.

In fact, it sounds like, in your Dem book, that politicians who take donations (via PACs or directly) and are loyal to their benefactors are morally superior to those who are loyal to helpless children and their constituents.

Democrats....

No, no. It's misinformation. He should be doxxed and deplatformed. Taylor Lorenz should pay him a visit.

So they gave him money. Does that make him their bitch? Is that how you think things work? I'll give you a dollar and you have to be my slave?

good for DeSantis but calling him big dick doesn't fit him like it did Trump. Trump is more of a blunt, push people out the way, literally guy. DeSantis is more diplomatic & refined. so you are ruining his image by applying Trump's schtick.

DeSantis reminds me of that old Winston Churchill quote…something like telling someone to go to hell, but so eloquently they look forward to the journey.

I'm glad they've finally come around on BDR. I knew he'd unite the party.
