If you had a legit media, the rest would not tolerate such BS even if they despised the outlets being banned.
I just wonder, are they so consumed by ideology that they don't see that they are turning their back on their own profession? Or, are they sane enough to appreciate that they are nothing more than propagandists who have turned their backs on the role the media is supposed to perform?
Either is possible.

The biggest problem with the fake news groups was their lack of professionalism and decorum during briefings. They were shitty at their job, but the reason it was so bad was because they lacked any sort of professionalism.
The media was full of just nasty people. It is ridiculous how bad the media tricked so many people. If you watched the actual briefings and CSPAN hearings you could tell that it wasn’t a Trump administration problem with professionalism. The media and democrats were just horrible people in general to work with and then would get on the news and report the opposite and blame the Trump administration.
