From my understanding it’s where non-licensed vendors sell their “personal” firearms, which requires no background check.

If I buy a pistol, or an M4, from my friend, he’s not going to give me a background check.

That’s what essentially happens at gun shows.

How does this affect guns lost in boating accidents but later recovered? I knocked 50% off the price so I am losing money.

Election year. All just a dog and pony show saying what they will do, when overall will do absolutely zero. This is trying to win votes from dems.

Yes. Now it mentions flea markets but that’s not a for profit sale unless it’s an antique or something.

The only non FFL transactions I've seen at shows or flea market type places were antiques. I'm still trying to figure out if that affects those firearms too, when sold for profit.

No, that's what the Vile Left dishonestly claims happens at gun shows.

I've seen exactly one. A collector friend of mine bought a double barrel muzzle loader.

I would actually love to see some ghetto guy try and shoot one those.

No street cred for that.

That in itself would be illegal once a certain number of sales occurred. I can't remember the amount. Maybe five?

Who knows. Damned things always end up in the bayou before I even get to shoot em.

So you think some folks are paying $500 for a booth to sell their personal guns?

I've been going to gun shows for 15 years and I don't recall ever seeing anyone buying a gun from one of the vendors without having to go through the normal approval process as if they were at a regular store.

This is targeting legal citizen to citizen gun transfers. Like many things the left do, they're marketing this as one thing, but it's really another.

That is what you have been told happens at gun shows... Why don't you actually go to a gun show and observe what really happens at a gun show and report back to us?

All it means is another worthless piece of trash to be thrown into the garbage.

I'll bet they don't waste time trying to send it out.

I love how they the lump internet sales in there with private sales and gun show sales. You can't mail a gun to someone, you have to ship it to a licensed dealer with an FFL, who will run a background check on you before you can take it.

You know, if they weren't so adamant about taking firearms from people, I wouldn't be so resistant and stubborn about keeping them. And don't give me this bullshite about saving lives.

Cigarettes kill more people every year than the next 6 causes of death combined but you can get a pack of smokes in every gas station and grocery store in America.
