I'm not defending it.

I think withdrawing is a mistake and Biden took the cowardly way out.

The deal should never have been signed and we should never have withdrawn.

No, what’s incoherent is ignoring the intelligence on the ground and not adjusting your withdrawal strategy and making contingencies.

I'm not saying Biden doesn't share some of the blame. He absolutely does.

But I heard that the intelligence on the ground said that the army wouldn't fall that quickly and hence there was time to evacuate.

tfw you have to pretend to support permanent military occupation of a sovereign middle eastern country in order to defend democrats.

Was that before or after the administration decided to pull our troops out in the dead of night without even letting our allies know?

Do you think that might have impact on the morale of your allies, and your enemies? Deflating one and embolding the other?

Joe Biden: "There's gonna be no circumstance where you see people being lifted off the roof of a embassy of the United States from Afghanistan. It is not at all comparable."

A few weeks ago, while provincial capitals were dropping like flies.

3%? Lol. You people kill me.

He had time to adjust the plan. He adjusted many of the former President’s plans.

He didn’t adjust this one. This is on your boy. Where is he by the way? Hiding? Not leading. That’s for sure b

It has nothing to do with me defending Democrats or not.

Once we were there, the die had already been cast.

Its easy to argue hypotheticals.

Say the people arguing that Trump would have done it differently. Isn't that a hypothetical?

No. He articulated a plan. A very different plan than Biden's "bug out and hope for the best" plan thats currently failing in spectacular fashion.

You may be the dumbest poster to ever grace this site, and that is a monumental achievement.

Of course Trump would have done it differently! We have 4 years of just how Trump done things differently! Record low unemployment, robust economy, record stock market highs, no new wars, multiple peace deals in the ME, justice reform......

How much more time do these clowns need? 20 years plus two public deadlines on May 1st ( Trumps) & August 31. 2/3 more weeks ? Another Month ? 20 more years?

It's fine to bash Biden for trusting that these so called soldiers/ militias would actually fight ,but making excuses for them is ridiculous.

No, he wasn't.

They violated the Doha Agreement so many damn times under his administration. That's not to say it was better under Biden but the agreement clearly only benefited the Taliban.

No, he won't. This will barely be remembered within 6 weeks. The reality is the American public have a memory of a goldfish. This will be a footnote by the next few weeks. I can guarantee it.
