Next week he will probably talk about riding a million miles in Amtrak or about the time he was an 18-wheeler driver. He doesn’t remember that he’s even said any of these things before.

I've been told that what he means is that Beau was exposed to burn pits in Iraq that released airborne pollutants that caused the cancer.

That's not a new development. He's said stupid things and flat out lies his entire career. The only difference is the media used to hold him (somewhat) accountable when he would do so. Now, as his propaganda wing, they just gloss over it.
His first Presidential campaign got derailed when the media called him out on getting pissed off and telling some guy he (Biden) was smarter than that guy because he (Biden) graduated at the top of his law school class (he graduated near the bottom). He also lied about marching in the civil rights movement.

To be fair, there’s a good chance Beau got cancer from the burn pits that were everywhere in Iraq cir. 2004-2010. The VA has seen a spike of various cancers from soldiers who served at those outposts.
