It’s obvious he is shifting his weight to put his other foot down and his right food is stuck in the peddle strap. Happens to people all of the time. Hell even the most healthy people that cycle have this happen to them.

Glad we cleared that up. Now we can get into the question of who thought it was a good idea to have an 80 year old man ride around on a bike for a photo op. I assume the idea was to make him appear younger and more vibrant and less like the ancient sundowning fossil that he actually is.

Watch the end of the first video. He got up so fast, literally, because there was someone to go sniff. Its the first thing he does, you can amost see his bike helmet rock back from contact as he leans in to sniff someone.
