The guy is basically death incarnate compared to 01. Or even compared to the aloof, aviator fun guy persona he put on during the Obama administration.
The only person that personifies Death more than Joe at the moment is Dianne Feinstein. Mitch at least has periods of lucidity between his Parkinson’s episodes. Joe is at hospice level.
