I'm just wondering how many people he was letting in.
It looks like one chair per white out area.

Enthusiasm to vote for a candidate means nothing, right? Hillary was pulling 10s of people at her rallies while Trump was pulling thousands as she led polls means Hillary is president now, right? Enthusiasm = votes. It is easy to say I support someone. It takes effort to actually vote.

He spoke, so I don't see how it can have been technically 'cancelled' . There were a total of 4 chairs set up before the podium, and 2 more off to the side, behind the stage.
4 chairs. In sectioned off, tape on the floor anti-covid zones.
Looked like there were twice as many press and handlers as there were ( paid ) enthusiasts for Biden.
Biden is claiming he'll rebuild America. I guess, after his constituents burned parts of it down, that is a plan.
Holding them to justice would be a better start, Joe.
