Cruz is 50% white but James Francis O'Rourke is 0% Hispanic.

not really. His paternal ancestry is actually Canarian, not Cuban. Canarians are almost entirely European ancestry.

His family was in Cuba for less than a generation, Though his dad did immigrate from Cuba.

Lots of hispanics are white and most of the whites in El Paso are hispanic. Hispanics and Latinos of any race account for almost 81% of the population.

Many 'murican whites get the heeby-jeebies when anglo-looking dudes take on an ethnic name.

You wouldn't be one, wouldja, Fox?

Are you really that dishonest that you're asserting "Beto" being plastered on everything isn't being done for a reason?

Son, have you ever BEEN to El Paso?

Your statement is perhaps the most misleading (well technically accurate) thing I have seen on this board in a very long time. Why is that the case?

Because Hispanics are included in the term “White,“ in the data that you are citing. If you continue to the next sentence, however, you will see that the city is 81% Latino.

You"re not making any sense. Are you trying to say Hispanics are a race? Because they aren't. Are you trying to say that some Hispanics aren't white? WTF do you think most of the Spanish are?

They're not mutually exclusive. Hispanics being "non-white" is an invention of the Left to make it appear that white people are becoming a minority. Being an Hispanic does not make somebody "non-white."

Nah, Fox would never post misleading information on here to prove a point.

Beto's campaign commercials are hilarious.

He has no talking points, doesn't talk about standing for anything, and doesn't discuss his political agenda whatsoever. It's a bunch of "let's all hold hands around a campfire, sing kumbaya, and talk about our feelings. yay Texas!!! yay Brown people!" bullshite. Not surprising libtards/progs soak it up.

For every "BETO" sign i see I wish I could design, purchase, and print "A" stickers to cover up the O in "BETO". Because he, much like his followers are Beta's who can't think for themselves and are handed their latest progressive talking points instead of being independent and thinking for themselves.

Hispanic is an ethnicity not necessarily a race. People typically think of natives (Latinos) when they say Hispanic but one can be Asian, Black, white etc and still be Hispanic. Cruz is 100% white and he is also Hispanic.

No he's not. He's never claimed to be hispanic. As usual in politics everyone is attacking him for the unimportant nickname he's had since he was a kid. He grew up in El Paso, a border community, that is overwhelmingly hispanic. Is it any wonder he, Robert, ended up with the nickname "Beto". The number of threads on this, like it's a big reveal, that no one in TX knows any of this and you're informing them, is pretty hilarious.

He's just a liberal, running for a statewide race in red TX, which he will lose. He matches his city and a few metro areas in TX but he doesn't match TX as it is currently composed.
