This is not necessarily a discussion about the truly disastrous outcome of the Birthright Citizenship vote but rather two of the SCOTUS, Barrett and Roberts.
Seriously, wtf went through their heads to rule the way they did? This is a death sentence for America. Were they paid off or something?

Roberts is compromised and has been for a long time. Barrett is a woman. Enough said. When will Trump wake up and stop appointing women to important positions?

I do not see it as a death sentence. The immigration laws must be aggressively enforced going forward. Any illegal alien in this country, especially those pregnant or with a child born here, must be sent back.
Any female illegal alien withing our border must be pregnancy tested every 3 month. All female illegal aliens at border must be pregnancy tested and turned back from or denied entry into the USA if pregnant.

Give it a break, this is no different than the 3 activist leftists always voting as a block on every decision from SCOTUS. Explain why your heroes voted for men in women's sports and other BS for the past several years in cases they lost.
The problem is leftists always vote left no matter what and the right is playing by the wrong rules. Thats the problem. You can’t have just one party trying to be ethical when the other is not.

Problem with that is all the leftist states along the seas. They will sneak in and do it there. And those states won’t support what you describe.

They analyzed the facts and the law. They are not beholden to the president or his party. Their oath is to the Constitution. You just don’t like their judgment. America is going to be okay.

With all due respect, Timeoday, we can't even seem to get current law exercised. I have a very difficult time expecting more and stricter enforcement.

No, a judicial decision affirming the way we’ve interpreted the amendment since it was written 150 years ago is not a death sentence.
If it is, that dates all the way back to the ratification.

They are supposed to be elite at law interpretation. This one doesn't take a rocket scientist to interpret.

Justice Kavanaugh provided the solution when he invited Congress to “amend” the 14th "or otherwise enact new legislation” that strips automatic citizenship from the children of “those unlawfully or temporarily in the country.”
This legislation and the save America act has to be passed.
Anyone that refuses to nuke the filibuster needs to be replaced.
We have to rally the 80% of the population that is not voting to get out and replace the RINOs.
