Apparently it's pretty well known down there that this happens. It's not unreasonable to think that the kid gets the cash, goes and buys guns and ammo, and instead of sending them back across the border... he decides to use them.

Very well known. One of the first things I thought honestly

Well id say its more likely his mon came here illegally and had an anchor baby. Most likely with the help of coyotes to get here in the first place.

Who knows, but in that part of the world there are a lot of hispanic families that have been there longer than your family has been in the US.

Finally some sense from the TX shooting. It surely explains why a poor kid could afford such elaborate weaponry.

Our DEA & ATF should be all over this-they won't be (SEE Fast & Furious)

Also there was a headline somewhere that the kids mom and grandpa have police records.

Eric Holder needs tar and feathered and I would bet the farm our govt via Obama's reign- works hand n hand with the cartel.

They were pissed Trump got M-16 out. Imagine our own govt wanting and using gang cartel members that are satanic, merciless, tortuous, evil, and disembowel people for kicks--

The democrats seem pleased with the drug ODing of American people again like under Obama.

This is the cartel when they are using their regular operators. Imagine M16. LINK

Sure. There is absolutely no description of that guy that equates to coyote for cartels. You’re being played by the outrage machine.
funny how the same people who believe(d) in Russian piss tapes, Russian collusion, trumps tax’s and any other salacious and unverified report out there to get trump are now the incurious ones and want to tamp down on outrage….

I haven't read this anywhere. My understanding is he took his grandmother's vehicle after shooting her in the face.

Regarding the rifles, he bought at least one from Daniel Defense out of Georgia:

quote:

Daniel Defense also offers a buy-now-pay-later financing option that allows qualified buyers to spread the price — some of its guns retail for more than $1,800 — over a number of payments. The approval takes seconds, the company’s website says.

He made the initial down payment with no intent to pay in full.

What descriptions are those outside of him being a wayward 18 year old?

It's hard to imagine a gun shop letting an 18 yo with no credit walk out the door with a $1000+ gun with nothing more than a minimal "down payment."

If they knew this, why did they sell him the guns and ammo?

CIA=the head of the cartel snake. You think D.C. is letting all that tax free cash flow back across the border without getting the lions share ?

Interestingly it wasnt until after the Mexican government made getting guns nearly impossible for the citizens in the early 1970s when the cartels REALLY started to take off and terrorize the country.

I saw it on Tucker but found this from Bloomberg.

Credova says it did not finance the purchase by the killer in Uvalde. Daniel declined to comment.

Let me reword it.

If you are the cartel, why would shooting up an elementary school be beneficial to your business? Thats potential drug clients or potential traffickers/trafficked.

I could understand it if the elementary thing was a kidnapping gone wrong but it wasnt. So it doesnt make much sense to me.

It's still a dumb question, reworded or not. If the cartels are handing out cash to buy weapons, they are doing it to traffic those weapons back to themselves. They have no control if fricktard kid decides to shoot up a school instead of passing the weapons along to the cartel for transport back to Mexico.
