I think he’s saying what they did was so criminally stupid that it borders on treason to their cause, and he’s right. They never should have gone in blind (without lawyers), they should have sent subordinates (not Trump family members), and it should not have been done at Trump Tower. All of those things were really bad from an optics standpoint,

Amen. It was the most "The Apprentice"-like entertainment we've seen out of this White House. Mooch trying to get the FBI to investigate Reince and accusing Bannon of auto-fellatio was gold.

There's nothing illegal about that, even if it did happen. I think a lot of people need to look up the word "treason" in the dictionary. This does not qualify.

If you are gonna run an outsider, it may help to not run one that is a giant piece of crap.
There are many outsiders with executive experience running companies that dwarf the Trump Org. that would do a fine job running the country.
