Well... Hobby Lobby can use religion to deny certain benefits.
Doesn't answer may question, but I know why you didn't answer my question.

It's not stupid, it's a winning tactic when facing people like you.

Why would it be "big government" to make sure people aren't required to carry papers for somethings o ridiculous as a vaccine for COVID?
It would be "big government" for the government to force people to carry papers.
Government forcing you to something, government banning you from doing something, and government having no stance, are three different things.
Two of those are bad. One of those is good.

Airlines is more along the lines of a utility. Sure it's private, but they hold monopolies on the industry. You want to allow discrimination and treat it like a free market decision? Fine, but you have to break up all of the airlines into such small quantities so as to allow for competition from smaller airlines. The airline industry, however, is not structured this way. It is not regulated this way.
If you are ok with this, then you should also be ok with internet providers denying service if you are under 5'-6" tall, or energy companies refusing access if you aren't married. After all, let the free market dictate who succeeds right?
I'm ok with all of this, yes. We should not have any government allowed monopolies.

My apologies, I answered your question, so I'm afraid I don't know what you mean.
I gave an example where a company is allowed to use religious beliefs to discriminate / not provide certain services / benefits.

And if airlines decide to discriminate based on one's private medical information, it is the government's duties to step in and tell the business, "you can't do that per the constitution, bill of rights, etc...". Equal protections and all...

Freedom involves the relationship between government and individual, not the relationship between business and individual.
Freedom is innate and individual. Its bestowed upon man by his maker. Relationships only contextualize freedom. They dont create it. Further, your rights can be violated in a million different ways by entities other than government. This is kindergarten level stuff, friend.

Not having any standards, morals, or convictions is stupid.
As others have said, y'all are no better than the prog filth.

You didn't.
Can a business deny service to a customer based on their religion? Yes or no.

Great. You provided example (not really though) of something that doesn't relate to my question. Congratulations.

Also, if you've been living under a rock for the last year and a half, these large "private corporations" have basically become an extension of the democrat party with their forced diversity trainings, donations to a Marxist terrorist group, and general anti-white stances.
Taking the high road against the left has accomplished absolutely nothing. Time to fight fire with fire. That's what DeSantis is doing.

So until that happens, then your argument is moot.

so you would be OK with Hobby Lobby forcing a pregnant woman to provide a pregnancy test and a marriage certificate as a condition of her continued employment?
Because thats what you are saying, even though you dont realize it.
Nothing is absolute.

If you're of the opinion that private business should be able to set their own rules then you shouldn't be against them if they want proof of vaccination.
If McDonald's wants to set up a customer medical records department and issue McDonald's vaccine passports, then let them. Let's see how this goes.
But the government can't be involved, it can't be government info used, etc. Also, businesses can't collude to administer these passports.

Nothing fake... in fact... complete opposite.
Wanting government to get involved only when it suits your ideals, is about as fake as you can get.
