If he isn’t who you think gives us the best hope who do you think it is and why?

Rd should pull all the trump votes in 2020 plus all the people who thought trump was too mean(bitches).

Yup. RDS I believe will be the front runner once 2024 comes around. He will get more votes with all the pussies that Trump offended. Shouldn’t be a close election granted states secure their elections.

The question is; Will members of the Trump cult vote for DeSantis in the general election?

DeSantis has my vote over Trump in 2024. Trump will not be the same man in 2024 and it's too risky.

There's still a large segment of Trumpists who believe Donald J. Trump is the only person on the face of this earth who is worthy of being President and capable of saving the United States of America.

But for me, yeah, I like DeSantis. I also like Rand Paul and still like Scott Walker. I could vote for either of those three very easily.

Good thing you won't have to choose between the two

Why am I in a cult?

Because I believe in America first, fair trade deals and a sealed border?

Need an update on that meme about anyone who disagrees with me is Hitler.

My vote is with Trump. Period. You can sit here and be the spineless conservative turd that runs away when things get difficult. No wonder the GOP is full of cucks. Just taking after their voters.

Yes indeed; I have a Trump cult card, and I would definitely vote for Desantis

Cult members are those that call him daddy and refuse to admit he ever made a mistake.

There are a lot of them here.

You decide if you are a member of the cult.

I voted for him three times. (2016 primary as well) I'm not a cultist however.

Almost like someone is deliberately using Desantis to knock Trump out before we even get to the primaries. Weird.

Trump is there if DeSantis falters.

DeSantis isn't going to falter.

Eh, I think you do a disservice to middle of the road Trump voters when you do this.

That said, I want NO part of a Republican primary with both of them in it. All that does is tarnish both. If Trump is going to run, then so be it and everyone else needs to get out of the way. But if Trump decides to pass, then his goal ought to be to get behind DeSantis 100% and rally those people that would have voted for him. Literally freeze out any other possibility and have no legit primary challengers.

Truth is, much of what drew people to Trump DeSantis has...he's just much more smooth about it. There's no reason to think Trump voters would shy away form DeSantis once they get a really good look and listen to him.
