Actually, I think it's always been like this, it's just the in the old days "..what happens in DC stays in DC..." ruled. The internet made information travel at light speed. The Clinton impeachment occurred largely because the information got out to enough people that they couldn't bury his actions. In the old days, this would have been covered up by both sides and each side would have used that info to leverage Clinton to get what they wanted. They still try to do that today.
Also, the Clinton/Lewinski/Perjury Impeachment was the first event to be influenced by the emerging alternative internet based media. Just a few short years later, it was that same emerging media that had become powerful enough to thwart Dan Rather's plan to interfere with the 2004 election.

Nah. Even with a Trump victory, the commie establishment will still hold much power and influence and will run interference for their puppets such as Smith. If Trump makes good choices in his appointments, hopefully we will see legal investigations of the recent weaponizing of the federal government.

Oh yes I expect to see this.
The seal was broken when they fricked with Trump and people in his orbit by weaponizing the justice dept.
These people tried to overthrow duly elected president, I expect them to be investigated, arrested, tried and sent to prison or worse.

There's a list of 51 assholes who lied for Joe Biden prior to the stolen 2020 election. Had these evil liars not lie for Joe, there would have been no January 6th protest and Ashli Babbit would still be alive.
