Him to issue an EO that every person in the country go back to work today? Aside from the real world impracticality of that, the media and democrats and health experts would go nuclear.

Idk, what would have others done?
We know that Obama would have waited 5 months. Not sure about Hillary, would she have shut down the country in January with no positive tests and the who saying it was transmitted human to human?
And by bidens actions so far, we know he would hide out at his house and point fingers. What happened to his shadow task force?
So I ask you, what exactly would you suggest he had done and give us a timeline and the information that was available at those specific times.
Don't forget Democrats were telling you to go out, hug Chinese people, and the place that got hit the worst refused any of the recommendations.

Could he do better in some ways? Absolutely. I can also apply that to Congress, the Senate, the media, State and Local Governments, China, the WHO, the FDA, even selected members of the medical community and law enforcement.
I'll still VERY thankful that it's him handling it instead of someone who was too emotionally and physically incapacitated to face her supporters after she lost on Election Night.
